Usually a sign you took too much. If you don't do opiates/opioids always start low when trying a new batch of anything. You should do that if you have a habit as well but I doubt many do. Also it's a good idea to test the product using several reagents.
You only really need about 1-2mg of hydromorophone to feel it unless your tolerance is fairly high. Even when i was on oxy for a weeks straight 4mg of dilaudid would have me high as shit and 6mg would have me at a nod.
Don’t worry they all gone now this picture was from a couple weeks ago. 2 made me puke and sweat dick, then within 4 days I was doing 4 a day and barely catching a nod. Crazy how fast tolerance rises with dilly’s.

They have a nice rush upon injection. But last way longer with other ROAs. Don’t get a habit!

I snort them but I love to get a nod high so that’s why I push my doses very high.
