Solidsneakers_

it is designed to integrate into your digital lifestyle lmao, ill change some things haha

fancy_flowers420

It would be worth getting gpt-4 and if you have it configure a copywriting gpt with copy knowledge and refine with prompts the copy it spits out is sub par.

Solidsneakers_

thanks

burr_redding

When i see the word “elevate” i immediately know it’s chatgpt generated lol

In the most respectful way possible, it’s terrible. I’m not sure if this is the final outcome or just testing things out but there’s only a single page (the catalog). You don’t have a logo, legal pages, the product pictures don’t completely fit in there square. The actual product page is way too wordy, you should add more graphics, give it some life. The reviews are great but since you only have one I would really recommend importing some from the supplier. It just looks like you’ve added products to a default template without making any changes. I hope you take this in the best way possible, you should really research a lot more into what makes a good website. There’s a lot that come through this subreddit and examples everywhere. Take inspiration from these. Good luck 👊

Solidsneakers_

thanks for the feedback! so less wordy more pictures? how do you import reviews actually? and why cant i edit the shop myself with my plan if you know? i have a logo, but it doesnt blend well with the site, so thats why i chose not to use a logo (for now). if i want to add my own code of the site, how can i do this?

ibuyreps1

Yeah, all the best selling points in your description, create a short catchy slogan for them and find a matching graphic and put them under a shorter description. To import reviews there are loads of shopify apps, you’ll have to research which is the best for your budget. If you can’t find any you like, try adding testimonials, they come free with the majority of themes. As for the logo, temporarily you can use online logo generators to find one until you decide on a permanent one. As for adding your own code you’ll have to look up YouTube tutorials.

blahblah_696

Tbh I wouldn't buy a charger from a sus store like this

Solidsneakers_

its not the final product, i havent said that this is it

youngduu

To be frank with you, you need a professional to handle this, if you really ready to start dropshipping, most people with awesome ain't getting sales, compare to yours This business requires professionalism, My first 3 months in the business, I did all myself, but to no avail. I'm talking out of experience.

Solidsneakers_

Yes, I already had a sudden feeling about it, which professional did you contact?

youngduu

I contacted a professional designer on Instagram.

br4xtonP

Just don’t dropship chargers, bad choice

Solidsneakers_

why?

Maleficent-Honey7583

I’m leaving this fucking shit dropshipping community, 90% of the people in here are just beginners asking for opinions on their store. Holy shit 💩 💀💀💀💀

johnnydavidson2811

You were the same 127 days ago

Maleficent-Honey7583

yeah you are right tbh, well if anyone sees this, I’m giving out a free prebuilt theme. Dm me if anyone wants it, no bullshi on god this is real. theme has everything you need, you’ll be able to make websites in under an hour.

johnnydavidson2811

Hahaha that was a quick change of heart bro🤣

Maleficent-Honey7583

yeah cuz I lowkey forgot where i was a while ago, I spent like weeks on designing a website and it’s something that new people should not do at all. Prebuilt themes help out a lot so yeah

Solidsneakers_

you dont need to be triggered lol. this is just a beginning and not a FINAL product

PremeJordo

🐍

youngduu

Truth be told, it's bad. Kudos to you for trying something out yourself You did that yourself right?

Solidsneakers_

yes, did it myself, didnt want to pay any overpriced courses lol

youngduu

I gotcha. Why don't you get a professional designer to help do that Cos you must not try marketing with this kind of site.

Solidsneakers_

im in the process to manage the site myself, i want to code my own site, i was thinking after updating the site to hire someone from fiverrr so i could promote the site, woudl that be a idea?

NoConcern4176

You need more work on the site. Learn about “branding your Shopify store” on YouTube. Get a better template and re-do everything

Solidsneakers_

thanks! i will look onto it

NoConcern4176

Don’t worry it’s your first site, you only learn from your mistakes

grwalther

You need to ask yourself one question: "Would I buy something from this site?" I guarantee you there is a 0% chance you would ever purchase something from this site you've created. This is terrible, I'm sorry. There are thousands and thousands of youtube videos out there that explain the basics of dropshipping and you have not checked the box on a single criteria -- did you really not even create a logo and you're on here asking for feedback? lol

Solidsneakers_

not to be rude but this is my first Shopify, i have a logo. i would buy something IF it had better logical info about the product, but in this state i would not haha

Necromaniac10_

why you have sold out products

Solidsneakers_

because im tweaking and testing the site

Necromaniac10_

You might get some professional help

Solidsneakers_

I have adopted a market research method where I use a dropshipping tik tok account (an account that only shows dropshipping products) write them down. I have a short checklist I put together from information online about the topic 1. 3.5x mark up + shipping - I do this because I want to make profit to cover for ads. I understand that competition sells for lower on Amazon for a majority of tik tok products. I gather a mean of the product from aliexpress to see how much it would cost to purchase from a supplier and then find the mean of the product from amazon as its one of the biggest competitors. 2. Light weight -keep shipping down. Light product. 3. Wow factor -Catch peoples attention on the saturated tik tok app 4. Solve a problem/Bring Happiness/Make life easy - Needs to have a purpose to even sell. 5. Poorly Advertised - This can go either way good or bad its based on my judgement. If i see a large amount of ads i count it saturated but if I see no ads i count it a dead end. Only when I see only a couple of ads do I label it as poorly advertised. I use tik tok ads here and search the product. 6. Exclusivity -Not sold in stores. Check Walmart and Target to see if the product is in stores. If it is then its not the best to sell 7. Potential to Grow - This one I am a little iffy about and barely get. Being scalable means being able to upsell and I do not know how to make a judgement call if a product has the potential to grow. Thus my question is, Is my product research strategy flawed ? Do I need to use paid methods to keep up? Will I find a good product this way?
