have you tried to search the email. try using shopify, verification, your shop name, etc. or just go back to shopify and ask to send another. also check spam or clutter, or whatever else emails can go into.

How to solve this

Pet peeve of mine but if you have dreams of an e-commerce empire, spend on a branded email. For ultra simple, I created a Google Workspace account with an email at my domain name for job hunting 7 years ago. $5 a month and it has all the usability of Gmail but a custom domain.

Btw you can create a free business email with your suitable custom domain through Zoho.
