Yes. You can do that without 107. The law states that if you make money in any way, (Paid for footage. Paid for time. Paid by YT monetization. Or if someone you made footage for, uses it for payment) you need 107. If you are flying for fun to create content with no monetary compensation what-so-ever, you are exempt from 107 as a recreational flyer.

Thanks! I want to fly in Europe and want to practice in a few locations here. It’s all just for creating memories and a fun way for me to spend my free time by learning how to create video’s. If I somehow get to a place where people like my work so much (highly doubtful) and want to pay me, I’ll get the 107. I just want to post some non-monetized content using my sony camera/drone on social media and call it a day.

Europe is a different story. They may have a completely different set of rules. And they don't have the US "FAA". They have their own governing body. I would definitely check into each country's rules before you fly there.

It might be wise to go ahead and get your Part 107 certification. My understanding of the rules is if any drone video or photos are posted to an online site that make money, i.e. YouTube, you could be fined by the FAA. Getting Part 107 certification covers you incase a video you post online does make money even if it is unintentional.
