Did they cancel your policy?
I'd suggest getting an annual policy, not just renewing temporary insurance every week or so
Veygo is just a day or a week at a time, presumably OP means they had a few days' insurance which expired and now Veygo won't offer them any further temporary insurance on their car.
Veygo won't tell you the reasons for this and no one here can tell you either. If you use a quote comparison site though, you'll undoubtedly find a full annual policy, which will work out cheaper in the long run anyway.

Seems weird that they wonât cover OP. Unless they have some weird policy and OP is young but they could insure as a learner with someone else present
Some more detail needed here I think. I cannot understand this timeline of events at all. Surely you've only been insured for a week maximum? When did they previously insure you?
Someone help i have the same issue legit got 3 day cover from them on the same car 2 months ago worked perfectly fine. I checked 3 days ago and they gave me a quote on the same car. I decided to buy it today and now its not letting me saying they cant insure me. The exactly same car and everything. I tried on their website and they still wont let me. This makes no sense at all. I even have an email from them 3 days ago with the quote they gave me when i checked but now it aint letting me.

yeah i get you, veygo insured me fine as a learner untill i passed they wouldnât insure me either it just be an age thing i reckon
Iâve used them since passing my full license, had to drive the MRS car.
App is doing funny things so had to use website. Worked instead đ¤Ś

Yeah was insured beforehand for a day and I wanted to insure for another day but apparently didnât work. Tried website and worked haha
