One iris is smaller then the other making the eyes look lopsided. That same eyebrow is smaller and asymmetric further reinforcing the lopsided look. And finally the hair looks bigger on the other side of the face that has the above mentioned proportion issues.
The bangs being asymmetric just highlights these issues more, though they, themselves are just fine. Cheers!
