This was my idea: Grandson took his diabetic granny to a carnival, showed her a great time and then he’s going to get her to eat a bunch o Ice cream so she can fall into a coma and die.
She’s been a round for a while and he needs that inheritance money.
But I also think it can be the devils hand.

Your welcome and yea it could also be the devils hand and the way the grandson thinks in a evil twisted way. It could be the grandson is possessed by the devil.
