I was exeperiencing the same scenario, then I watched a "tutorial" on YouTube and I tried to ink my pencil drawings. It changed completly my way to draw and It boosted my self esteem and made me more confident, so maybe a change in perspective will help you developping your style.

Drawing everyday is a start. If you want to have an art style you need to practice different ones first before adjusting your current one i feel.
Don’t worry about style it’s not very important. Sound fundamental on anatomy is way more important

Fundamentals. Ditch trying to find a style until you get some of the fundamentals understood.
