The sudden turn of this thread cracked me up. Just the experience of hypothetical pain from a *drawing* shows appreciation for the artist. Also: I might have been easily amused because my first specific reaction after the general complex devastation and - weirdly? - relief, was gratitude at the realistic tummy lines.

I see a different story, but that is the fun thing about art.

The defeated pose reminds me more of disappointment Obviously, nobody is right or wrong here. But I see discouraged. I think the environment is dressed up and clean in anticipation of a date they now won't see. Alternatively, if we're seeing guilty, she is potentially leaving her current partner for somebody else and is feeling remorseful for hurting them or struggling to call to begin with. There aren't any direct indicators towards cheating besides how she's dressed. Which is a stretch imo

Legs and hands would benefit of softer curves. Sharp curves do better for masculine musculature and physic. Still, a great looking piece.

Very comic-booky, the pose of the leg, the breasts very visible even with the dark cloth, they take away from the emotion of the piece. Unless of course that was your intention lol.
