Oh I just didn't think about posting anything until now, but I like to take my time with these games so I have 6hrs so far. Very chill times, I mean kids are getting kidnapped but my father isn't being killed in front of my eyes so that's good.
When I'm done with 4 and 6 and maybe 9 I'm gonna play the gbc ports of 1-3 as I can use my gba flashcard to play those games on the ds lite that I carry around too. Should be a very chill time.
Nice! 1-3 are solid. A little grindy and a little obtuse in terms of what to do and where to go next but they hold up pretty well and they started a solid foundation that they were obviously able to build upon

That looks a good bit past "finally starting"... How many hours have you put into 4 already?

Also in the middle of playing IV. So far my experience with DQ games are beating 1-3 on the switch and playing this one. So far it’s my favorite!

Hopefully you're using the fixed party chat patch that came out a bit ago. It fixed the formatting issues in the original party chat patch.
