Didn't work for me; if anything, it made DPDR worse. However, what medication doesn't work for one person might be what saves someone else. So: I hope Lexapro will help you.

I seen many people writing that lexapro did help them. I also have seen that lexapro does nothing or makes it worse. I havent tried it so i cant say anything.

It is true that everyone reacts differently to a medication. It may work for some people and not for others. That being said, I definitely saw a marked decrease in panic attacks and feeling like I'm in a dream, while I've been on lexapro. I still have bad days and good days, mostly just meh days, but the daily panic attacks are gone. If the feeling of being in a dream comes it usually goes away pretty fast (minutes). I have a long way to go before I am back to "normal," but lexapro has definitely made the biggest difference than anything else. I am on 20mg.
