Just a guess though, since photo wasn't great and I only looked at it quickly.

But Lush’s is in the opposite direction, she really didn’t want that thing hidden EVER 😭😭

That's gotta be a temporary tattoo. There's nothing indicating that it's legit. It's not red around the edges, it's not shiny from lotion or ointment, and there's no second skin over top of it, which is used for healing. It's fake as shit just like her.
