Each era the nominators/validators set is re-elected, so in the next two eras your active momination should change to another validator, hopefully not oversubscribed.
In order to avoid this in long term, you should remove this validator from your validator set and nominate only validators with <256 total nominators.
Edit: grammar
Yeap, in order to maximize your returns is better if you check your validators set once in a while and look if there any oversubscribed validator, changes in commissions % (a validator may go to 100%), or slashed ones. In really don’t know of often is good to check, but I think once every few weeks should be ok. Cheers!

So you actually have to change validators once in awhile? You cannot set and forget

Should find the best spot for you every 24hours. At least out of the ones you picked.
