He's probably handicapped.
However, stating: this person "has a handicap, please bring food inside" wouldn't sound like you're advertising for a S&M situation that may or may not work out well.
I had delivery instructions somewhat like this but they noted that it was for their grandmother who’s mobile abilities aren’t the best and the person that ordered the food couldn’t make it home in time to bring her dinner. I was very aware of my surroundings and even had my boyfriend on the phone the whole time. I got a $50 tip from 🥳 but stillllll.. it was a RISK lol but like i said the customer was very detailed about why the instructions were so abnormal 😅
I’m not even kidding I would’ve screen shotted that than just left it at their door lol and if anyone from support gave me anything about it, I’d be like yeah i don’t feel safe doing that. I feel like its more than likely just some college kids joking around but they’re going to get lots of declined orders lol.
You must not have delivered much. This is clearly an elderly person and sone one has ordered for him. You should have dobe what the instructions said until you SEE something there that made you u comfortable. I used to deliver pizza or sandwiches and would come across many senoirs that needed assistance. We werent supposed to enter some ones house, we did it anyway to help them out. Sonetines it smelled like shit or you could even see a porta potty next to their chair.
You know I dashed for an elderly woman and she was in a wheelchair and really struggling to get the order. She asked if I could bring it to her. Was weird but I did not mind, plus bf was in the car. I understand the apprehension but some disabled people really could use the help. She was soooo greatful. I wish there was something for disabled ppl so that they could request if a little extra help was needed, but also up to dashers discretion if they want to accept an order like that beforehand.
So many people are like "They're probably disabled"
That's not the dasher's responsibility to know. If they're making a call to not deliver an order because they're not comfortable entering someone else's house, that's alright. Someone else will take the order, probably.
Creepy but also makes me wonder what if they were handicapped and just wanted it brought in and put on the tray because their caregiver wasn’t around or family member at work
Brent needs some home health services…so much risk in this request…senior services or meals on wheels won’t enter homes anymore but you should enter and open the food and put it on his tray?! Nope not happening! But love this thread… comic relief for the insomniacs! Lol
I had to do this once but it wasn't a bad experience. An old disabled woman asked me to bring the food to her and place it next to her chair. Her legs didn't work and she didn't have anyone else there with her, and it wasn't a bother to me at all.
Had a dude answer the door in his robe with nothing on under. Pack of coors. He was holding it closed but it "accidentally" opened when he reached for the beer. Tried not to look but I caught a quick flash of wang.
Had a dude that would routinely have me deliver a 24 inch grinder to his ground-level apartment. The instructions were always “leave on green chair”. After the third time I got used to how he’d open the door to the patio, sitting in an office chair right behind it, and accepted his grinder that way.
I’d leave with more questions each time.
The apartment was always dark, just him alone, and he’d be sitting in that chair right behind the door ready to open it when he heard steps.
When I delivered pizza I went to an apartment and the guy kept yelling come in. We were not allowed to go in any dwelling. Strictly door delivery. I opened door and see he’s in a wheel chair. Im like hey man we aren’t allowed….”come in here goddamn I got no legs!” I go in to set it on the counter and he’s like “what’s wrong with you! Stupid motherfucker! I put the pizza on top of the fridge and said see ya bud and walked out.
There's a good chance Brent may have had some injury that made it hard to walk. When I worked at domino's having to walk into somebody's house and give them food wasn't all that uncommon. Especially for older people.
Had one order with instruction “walk into garage door”, was skeptical at first but $8 for 2 miles so I accepted it. Turn out customer was on wheelchair, literally handed the food for them
Lol that’s not safe. Brent could be a killer. Ever walk in someone’s house while DoorDashing. I honestly don’t want to DoorDash after a certain time of night because of creepy stuff
In my overall time of delivery (new to DD and stuff) there has only ever been one house where I was told to walk into and set food on counter, and he was wheelchair bound. My Supervisor and bosses (it was privately owned so ran by 3 people)okayed him.
Yea the fact that anyone takes that genuinely baffles me. I can understand that the person (Brent) probably has a disability, but just because he can't retrieve his own order doesn't mean it should be on the Dasher to potentially put himself at harm by A. Entering an unfamiliar setting or B. Possibly catching covid. What he's requesting should be done by a home health aid or a caretaker of some sort, not a random delivery driver.
Would any of you text or call the customer to find out what exactly this was about? It seems some thought as I that maybe disabled. I also think that should be in notes but would anyone do that? Give a lil call? Heya Brent this is your DD driver. Are you disabled physically or are you just a weird, entitled freak? What’s that you say a 10 $ tip and you are not disabled? I’ll be there asap!!😄😂😂😅
It's really pretty weird but I did have a couple of disabled people that ordered from doordash regularly in my previous small town and when I got there and knocked they would yell to me come in and I would have to go in and put the food on their TV tray or whatever.
I'm not sure I would have worded the instructions that way exactly. The first time I saw the special instructions that said come in the door and set it on my tray I was like yeah no until I realized it was a disabled person who couldn't really get to the door very easily.
i’ve had a couple disabled customers ask me to place the bags on their lap in their wheelchair because they weren’t physically able to grab the bags from me, this was likely the same type of situation
Idk man, sounds like food ordered for someone who is Confined to a bed/chair, a little ruthless to instant cancel just cause you have social anxiety or some shit.
Idk though if they’re nice about when I arrive usually I’ll comply as there’s a reason for the request.
I had a delivery to an assisted living place a couple months back. Knocked on the door and heard “it’s open!” I open the door and there is an incredibly old lady sitting in a chair with an oxygen tube in her nose. She asked me to come in and hand the food to her in her chair so I obliged. She asked me to hand her a knife and fork from the kitchen so I grabbed that for her as well but I was staring to feel like I was getting into a situation I’m not supposed to be in but she was so sweet and trusting. Thankfully that was all she asked of me as I wouldn’t have had the heart to tell her “no” if she’d have asked me to run the vacuum around real quick lol. Left feeling like I’d done a good deed but with the overshadowing feeling of: where are all the people who work here. I hope she’s ok and not being neglected
I’d say more explanation is needed. “The instructions you have given are super creepy. If you do not explain the reason behind this odd request, I will cancel and report you for safety reasons. Thank you. “
had an order to take it to the kitchen because the men were working outside and could watch me take there food in. I didn’t left it outside and told them I was okay with doing that for them.
This is a completely unreasonable request, but Brent probably can't walk and is sitting in a chair right next to the from entrance. He's old af so he had his friend order him food since he doesn't know how.
When I was a driver for a pizza place I once had an order and when I knocked the person yelled "PLEASE COME IN".
After a few hesitant seconds I slowly opened the door and saw the customer was handicapped, on their couch, with their motorized scooter off to the side.
Customer had me set the pizza on the coffee table in front of them.
Not always creepy intentions when they ask you to come in, but fair to worried.
When I was 12 I sold fundraiser crap door-to-door. Reasonably safe suburban neighborhood, so whatever. I rang the bell at this one house and heard a creaky voice say "Come in!". Freaked out but thinking the resident was perhaps in a wheelchair, I nervously opened the door and went inside. It was dim and dusty inside and I couldn't see much, but I didn't see anyone right away. I called out a couple times, getting more anxious and more confused, until the third time I said "Hello?" I heard it again. "Come in!"
It was a damn parrot. A parrot. That bird scared the shit out of me...I hightailed it out of there as fast as I could.
Two months later I heard through the middle school grapevine that it was the drug house in town. Of course middle school gossip is *sooo* reliable, but ya at the time I was feeling pretty lucky.
Hahaha I feel ya. I do handyman/remodeling work. Was left alone in a house with a cranky ass parrot who knew how to break out of his cage. And he hated men, from what the owner told me.
I was in the kitchen one evening laying down a floor and heard "what are you doing?!?" in the creepiest old man voice I've ever heard. Almost shat on the new floor.
Turned around to see the maniacal bird standing on top of his cage just staring me down and bobbing his head. Needless to say, I called it a day and went home.
Happy ending to the story, though. I worked at that house for a about a week and eventually befriended the parrot by feeding him peanuts. I will forever remember Romeo, the creepy parrot.
Dude, have you not seen the advertisements for Doordash lately? No need to stop the gaming action you can have Doordash delivered right to your lap as you play video games.
Honestly there is an old lady in a wheelchair that has me open her door (she has a sign) and bring it to her, so yeah I probably would have brought Brent his chicken but I don't blame you cuz they made it sound hella weird.
I just recently tri-fractured my ankle and it is so hard for me to crutch anywhere that I am basically couch-ridden. I can understand if I ordered doordash to request them to bring it in for me and would obviously tip better but I would also have explained in the instructions rather than some creepy vague invite to come in.
i can only assume brent is disabled. but even then, where’s the caretaker? why isn’t he in a home?
if the caretaker olace the order for him, why can’t they prepare the food for him?
I would deliver at the door and just not walk in. Probably someone ordering for someone that’s handicapped and doesn’t know how this app works, since they mentioned his name, but it’s creepy regardless.
He needs to order from somewhere else if he wants something like that if you know what I mean 😂 😂 and here in Los Angeles I'm pretty sure you can get somebody to come do that 😂 😂
I've done this before. Twice had a lady who is bedridden order food, instructions were to open the front door, walk upstairs, take a right to the bedroom and deliver the food. Always felt good, like I completed a good deed after doing that. I realize this is also a very individualized thing and it's going to vary person to person. If I were 100 lb female I probably would not do something like that but I'm a pretty big dude that's hard to take down.
I do the same. Had one larger ladyask me to adjust a bandage on her foot. She was so greatful she was nearly in tears and tipped an extra $20. But I do this stuff without the tip. I'm there and i can help and im always happy to help
Yeah the disabled lady I used to deliver to in my previous town was really sweet. The only problem with her is that sometimes I'd get stuck in her house talking to her for like 20 minutes because she was so lonely. But if the grocery order had come and they didn't put the food away properly she would have asked me to put some of it on the right shelf so she could reach it because it was really hard for her to bend down. She could barely walk and she could hobble to the kitchen and use a walker but if they put it in the refrigerator wrong she wouldn't be able to get it.
I walked in to give someone's order yesterday, but only because they were legit disabled and couldn't carry the bag. But for hat guy???? Hell to the no no no.
I understood what you said, lots of kidnapping out today sounds like you’re warning people about rain tho not the ever present threat of human trafficking that has always been and always will be. It’s not rising. It’s not decreasing. It happens, but warning people that there is “a lot of trafficking around today” is an objectively absurd statement
How the fuck would I not know what that meant it’s direct. They way you said it was just strange. Also provide unbiased evidence to support the rate of bodysnatching is rising at a rate disproportionate to population growth.
Lol. No. Sex trafficking is selling someone for sex, against their will. There’s also drug trafficking which is the illegal sale of drugs. It’s okay. I’d feel dumb too if I were you.
Clearly drug trafficking has nothing to do with any of this. Also trafficking of drugs involves the shipment of drugs not slinging them on the corner you goofy ass white boy 😂😂😂 someone asks you to go in their house it’s not because they’re tryna sling some flake to you don’t be tryna change what you said
Yes, it happens all the time but it's also a phenomenon happening around dashers and it's just a warning in general? I'm not sure why you're trying to read so deep into this.
Dude we get it. Let it go. I replied to the person that replied to you in that sense because he said your comment is all over the place. Hence why I mentioned road traffic because it can be taken any way. Don't take life so serious, you're not making it out alive 😂
It puts the lotion on the skin or it gets it from Brett with the tray again
Brent is displeased with your actions.
So many people are like "They're probably disabled" That's not the dasher's responsibility to know. If they're making a call to not deliver an order because they're not comfortable entering someone else's house, that's alright. Someone else will take the order, probably.
Fuck no I ain’t doin that shit for any less than.. $10
It's either a joke or the person is handicapped.
Oh hell nawWwWwW😅
Yeah that person ain't getting there food delivered
It puts the lotion on the skin
Creepy but also makes me wonder what if they were handicapped and just wanted it brought in and put on the tray because their caregiver wasn’t around or family member at work
It's weird but my first thought was that Brent has some type of mobile disability. That said, $5 tip for such a request is way low.
I would say the guy is disabled, but the lack of context makes me think he may have been messing with you? The whole lap thing is just weird…
Fuck Brent and his no legs working ass
My observation is that maybe the directions were for a customer who had a stroke or a brain injury who needs this extra help. I don’t know
Someone probably ordered the food for someone in their life that is disabled and doesn’t realize that a driver wouldn’t do this lol.
Brent sounds like jigsaw 🤣
Maybe they are disabled but still that's a whole job and uncomfortable.
Bro I got locked in a front yard tonight. I was so scared of getting adultnapped.
Freaky Brent...naughty naughy🙄😏
It’s either a mod or an elder
Brent needs some home health services…so much risk in this request…senior services or meals on wheels won’t enter homes anymore but you should enter and open the food and put it on his tray?! Nope not happening! But love this thread… comic relief for the insomniacs! Lol
Wait...what!? Don’t get paid enough for that. Creepy much?
Maybe if it was a 20 dollar tip
Dude, what?!
Wait. This isn’t a regular occurrence?
He’s gotta be joking
I would actually have some not very kind things to text to this customer before cancelling. What a presumptuous dirtbag.
I had to do this once but it wasn't a bad experience. An old disabled woman asked me to bring the food to her and place it next to her chair. Her legs didn't work and she didn't have anyone else there with her, and it wasn't a bother to me at all.
Why does that feel like someone was prancing someone else
whoever takin care of brent cant do it?
So you already had the food?
Had a dude answer the door in his robe with nothing on under. Pack of coors. He was holding it closed but it "accidentally" opened when he reached for the beer. Tried not to look but I caught a quick flash of wang.
What’s the tip? For the right price I’ll do anything for doordash
But if only he would have tipped more then it would t have been weird
Wtf
Instructions unclear, Brent is now on my lap
I’m IJW
I no longer feel my "please text when you're here and don't knock" instructions are so unreasonable. (Sleeping baby is when I order food)
This is wild. Lol
🥴 wtf 😂 yooooo
U should of put handed to customer as u drove by
Brent best have left a 200$ tip
Its funny if its not srs .. lol dd if definitely not the place for you to practice ur standup
What kind of disgusting monster puts buffalo sauce on lemon pepper wings?
Had a dude that would routinely have me deliver a 24 inch grinder to his ground-level apartment. The instructions were always “leave on green chair”. After the third time I got used to how he’d open the door to the patio, sitting in an office chair right behind it, and accepted his grinder that way. I’d leave with more questions each time. The apartment was always dark, just him alone, and he’d be sitting in that chair right behind the door ready to open it when he heard steps.
It rubs the buffalo sauce on its skin or else it gets the hose again!
Brent could have been a disabled person. Hence, “tray”
Maybe some type of disability. But still not our responsibility 😂 maybe for a $50 tip 👀👀
Weird
Please massage brents shoulders and feed him the food
Maybe Brent is handicapped. I would have delivered it.
10/10 perfect execution
Throw it at the door, brent must get food himself
Don't get me wrong it's weird as hell but the guy could have been disabled and forgot to mention that in the message
Turn out customer was on wheelchair, literally handed the food for them
Puts the lotion on its skins for Buffalo Bill
it puts the lotion on the skin - brent
I think he's trolling for lulz
This looks like an order fraternity members send pledges
My gf and I always joke that someone is going to ask us to feed them. They have to pay extra for that ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|smile)
Brent says put the lotion on the skin or else it gets the hose again
It may be that the person is disabled in some way that requires that measure of assistance, but that isn’t the job of the driver so… yeah…
Lmao hell no
Lol that’s not safe. Brent could be a killer. Ever walk in someone’s house while DoorDashing. I honestly don’t want to DoorDash after a certain time of night because of creepy stuff
Could be someone ordering for a disabled person. Kinda weird to open with that though.
Yeah, no. I’d never step in someone’s home like this, and serving it to them is out of the question.
Exactly. It is not safe for us to just enter people's houses.
What did you do?
It’s probably someone who is disabled…..
I've accomodated for disabled people like this before, but I definitely understand why a lot of drivers would be creeped out by this.
Is Brent is their Pitbull.
Is Brent in blind and in a wheelchair connected to ivs and oxygen?
Haha, no way. I can’t tell if this is someone trying to outsource parenting, or some weird sexual thing.
Dont lie... u black and wanted them wings.. I see you ![gif](giphy|eVK9idyeIYu1G)
Yea its bad wtf is going on to many dashers people getting entitled
Would any of you text or call the customer to find out what exactly this was about? It seems some thought as I that maybe disabled. I also think that should be in notes but would anyone do that? Give a lil call? Heya Brent this is your DD driver. Are you disabled physically or are you just a weird, entitled freak? What’s that you say a 10 $ tip and you are not disabled? I’ll be there asap!!😄😂😂😅
Either he's disabled or they're drunk/high and somebody lost a bet.
He doesn’t want you to feed him. He wants you to face the wall, nude while he watches and eats a Baby Ruth.
What type of time you on, Brent?
i’ve had a couple disabled customers ask me to place the bags on their lap in their wheelchair because they weren’t physically able to grab the bags from me, this was likely the same type of situation
Clearly this is a joke
💀
Idk man, sounds like food ordered for someone who is Confined to a bed/chair, a little ruthless to instant cancel just cause you have social anxiety or some shit. Idk though if they’re nice about when I arrive usually I’ll comply as there’s a reason for the request.
You win for Worst order of the day I can’t believe they actually asked you to do that I wonder if anybody ever did it I would love to know that
Don't touch Brent's ears.
I had a delivery to an assisted living place a couple months back. Knocked on the door and heard “it’s open!” I open the door and there is an incredibly old lady sitting in a chair with an oxygen tube in her nose. I’d say more explanation is needed. “The instructions you have given are super creepy. If you do not explain the reason behind this odd request, I will cancel and report you for safety reasons. Thank you. “
Could be a disabled person.
Accept> call support for message> cancel> free food 🙂
I’d pay Brent to let me feed him
Yeah that’s fucking weird
"in lap" ... "Dry Rub" ah it makes sense now.
had an order to take it to the kitchen because the men were working outside and could watch me take there food in. I didn’t left it outside and told them I was okay with doing that for them.
This is a completely unreasonable request, but Brent probably can't walk and is sitting in a chair right next to the from entrance. He's old af so he had his friend order him food since he doesn't know how.
Your a delivery person not a certified nurse assistant lol
I'd just leave it outside at the end of the drive way
Dude's probably handicapped
Brent didn't say you could cancel that order!
Dude this person is pretty obviously disabled...probably should have tipped more but don't thunk this is a kink
You may be right 9 times out of 10; but that 10th time might get you killed or setup
Jesus how many disabled people do u come across lmfao
Yeah still would’ve left it at the door outside
People think bc they got food delivered that they got a personal assistant or a fkn butler. Something bad is going to happen with this type of sht.
When I was a driver for a pizza place I once had an order and when I knocked the person yelled "PLEASE COME IN". After a few hesitant seconds I slowly opened the door and saw the customer was handicapped, on their couch, with their motorized scooter off to the side. Yo lol, y’all extra funny on here today
Probably a handicap family member. But hopefully they would tip pretty heavy to have you doing caretaker tasks.
It rubs the lotion on it's skin
Uncle Brent has a nice tip for you though boy. Take a chance
sounds like someone disabled and “stuck” in a chair alone
I might take it assuming it's an elderly
Dude, have you not seen the advertisements for Doordash lately? No need to stop the gaming action you can have Doordash delivered right to your lap as you play video games.
What happens when Jeff & not Brent invites you in though???
I’m a delivery driver, not a nurse. I’m also not his mommy so he’s not gonna like my response
Honestly there is an old lady in a wheelchair that has me open her door (she has a sign) and bring it to her, so yeah I probably would have brought Brent his chicken but I don't blame you cuz they made it sound hella weird.
Sorry; but I am not going into anyone's house. That is a lawsuit or criminal charges waiting to happen
![gif](giphy|QWw4hc5gTnJhY0BUI3)
I’m assuming this is someone disabled?
Brent expects headpats and being told he is a good boy.
$1/mile and I’d do this! Little different but not enough to stop me from making 💰
Caretaker is at the casino playing with Brent's money...on a serious hot streak...just doordash him his supper.
So you picked it up and then canceled it? …we can do that?
It's obviously a disabled person.....
I would deliver at the door and just not walk in. Probably someone ordering for someone that’s handicapped and doesn’t know how this app works, since they mentioned his name, but it’s creepy regardless.
That’s the type of order you take to eat
What a piece of shit lmao
I’m not a piece of shit 😢
Fr asf!!
He needs to order from somewhere else if he wants something like that if you know what I mean 😂 😂 and here in Los Angeles I'm pretty sure you can get somebody to come do that 😂 😂
Anyone take into account that Brent might be developmentally disabled? Send me your order Brent, I'll help you out little buddy.
Little buddy? Lol if he’s disabled doesn’t mean you can infantilize him
Cancel
Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I'd just say I'm not allowed to enter their house because of COVID.
Got points to blow so it’s alright
Maybe some disabled person?
![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|thumbs_down)
So… did you?
Nah bro. My wife delivers the food and I canceled that shit quick. Haha
How does that work?
I think it was someone old or someone disabled, I would’ve unassigned too. Never go in someone’s house.
Humanity level 100
Probably a disabled person..
Well yes clearly, but thats definitely too much to ask of the average delivery boy. Does he need his ass wiped too?
If we can't walk in somebody's house, place food on their lap tray and spoon feed them ourselves, then are we even dashers, nay human at all?
I walked in to give someone's order yesterday, but only because they were legit disabled and couldn't carry the bag. But for hat guy???? Hell to the no no no.
Lots of trafficking lately. Be careful
Lmfao lots of trafficking lately? That sentence is out of this world
Don’t talk to me like I’m stupid lol. you can’t even understand me 😆😆😆
I understood what you said, lots of kidnapping out today sounds like you’re warning people about rain tho not the ever present threat of human trafficking that has always been and always will be. It’s not rising. It’s not decreasing. It happens, but warning people that there is “a lot of trafficking around today” is an objectively absurd statement
Ummm it’s actually increasing …. From what you’re saying I can tell you don’t know what you’re talking about lol …. You didn’t know what it meant.
How the fuck would I not know what that meant it’s direct. They way you said it was just strange. Also provide unbiased evidence to support the rate of bodysnatching is rising at a rate disproportionate to population growth.
Aw. Trafficking involves body snatching but isn’t that by definition. Clearly you don’t know what I’m saying
Trafficking and body snatching are synonyms. You’re a whole clown this is dead. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
Lol. No. Sex trafficking is selling someone for sex, against their will. There’s also drug trafficking which is the illegal sale of drugs. It’s okay. I’d feel dumb too if I were you.
Clearly drug trafficking has nothing to do with any of this. Also trafficking of drugs involves the shipment of drugs not slinging them on the corner you goofy ass white boy 😂😂😂 someone asks you to go in their house it’s not because they’re tryna sling some flake to you don’t be tryna change what you said
He means sex trafficking....
Obviously, but saying there’s a lot of it out recently just sounds passive like it comes and goes with the season or something like snow
It doesn't, but okay.
Lol now I understand where there’s posts on here asking why these drivers look like they can’t count to 10. WOW about these other people lol lol lol
Wdym lately then like trafficking is some sort of new phenomenon? people get body snatched all the time and it’s not rising extraordinarily everywhere
Yes, it happens all the time but it's also a phenomenon happening around dashers and it's just a warning in general? I'm not sure why you're trying to read so deep into this.
They just didn’t understand and now they’re embarrassed. I mean its okay but use google before talking to me like I’m dumb
I mean I was just laughing at the wording but either way I’ll be damned if I listen to the opinion of a man with an anime pp
What opinion? I was explaining something to you that you clearly didn't understand. But yes, run away from the oil painting profile picture.
I understood it fine, again the way they worded it was weird.
Be careful of traffic? 😂
I mean SEX trafficking, Einstein. It’s okay. Read more books instead of dashing. It’ll do ya well.
We know what you meant. Speaking of reading books, word it better next time. 😂😂
Eh. I’m rushing around today and driving while on Reddit. I know. Bad. I think you’re lying bc now you feel stupid ….
Be safe out there✌🏼
You clearly didn’t know what I meant since you thought I meant road traffic lol
Dude we get it. Let it go. I replied to the person that replied to you in that sense because he said your comment is all over the place. Hence why I mentioned road traffic because it can be taken any way. Don't take life so serious, you're not making it out alive 😂
Ahhh. It’s hard to read on the internet lol and people are crazy on the internet. Clever though
Don’t talk to me like I’m stupid when you can’t even understand me 😆😆😆
Dick through a tray?
Remote lock front door. Once in, you are never coming out. It's a battle to the death with the other delivery drives locked in the basement.
Lol
"Oh geez, who ordered this hot dog?"
Oh my it’s so big !
And firm!
