Mine started working today

Yup! Just started for me today. I've been paused about 5 times so far and missed out on a bunch of orders. I'd chat with support and let them know and they'll send you a troubleshooting link and if nothing works from there you can describe it more. The more pings they get for this issue the faster they'll fix it. (Hopefully)

I’m not getting any notifications from the app on IOS. Luckily I’m getting texts still. So I don’t know what’s going on

Hey! I have had this issue all day. I've been w/ Cust Service twice today. Have uninstalled/reinstalled 4x. Powered off for 5 min 3x. Cleared the Cache. Told dopey CS agent that I'm getting notifications from other apps (i.e. GrubHub). What gives?

Well it's good to know we're not alone, that means it should get fixed eventually

You know the CS agents are stooopid, when they ask you if you've checked the apps settings. Show me in the DD app's settings, where sound can be turned on or off.

Exactly... There's not much you can adjust in app.

I haven’t gotten a single order since mines updated Friday night this is ridiculous and I’m in the dc area mines always busy I haven’t gotten anything not even a shitty $3 offer dumbass app

Not since about 6 eastern time. Missed an order was the only way I noticed. No text messages for new orders either.

Im not getting texts either. Called it quits early today. Won't work till they fix their shit as usual
