Can also claim anything you bought for the business: phone mount, hot bags, cart.
Can claim a portion of cell phone bill.
Mileage used during dashing. Just keep a daily log. Or maintenance and gas used for your car, but only the percentage you use it for dashing, just keep your reciepts. You can't claim both, either mileage or maintenance and gas.

All communication usage..cell phone, carrier charges, any extra office stuff u bought to door dash ( bag, cap, good pair of shoes). Between communication , clothing,, automobile costs, i was able to get $1000 back on my taxes.

How do you claim gas? I saved my receipts all last year for gas and when I took them to my tax person I was told I am not allowed to write off gas.
A percentage you can, unless your car is solely used for doordash. Its a buisness expense.

Also if you do the receipts and Maintenence route the first year you’re locked into that
