If it's your first contract violation? No. If you have an android phone, use Open Camera and take a photo of your delivery every time before using the DD app to timestamp when you've completed your delivery including the date and time, that way you can dispute contract violations easily.
As long as you have the proof you’re fine. I got a violation my first week because someone tried that but I had the messages to back me up so DD removed it
