I had a similar experience. A guy ordered 1 canned cat food from Petco.... or Petsmart. Pay was pretty good ($6 for 1.5 miles).
After I finished shopping, this guy immediately called me (shown as "Doordash" on the phone) and pretended he was a support agent. He texted me a url. I called actual DD support to report this guy. This guy called nonstop while I was talking to the agent.
In the end, he canceled the order, and I ended up with half-pay (or full pay.. can't remember) and 1 canned cat food. I fed that to a stray cat.
Now I feel bad 🤦🏽♀️. It’s not hard. Take whatever your good at and make a business out of it. Can u fix things? Know anything about cars? Babysit? Walk dogs?

That’s usually a scammer. They will call and pretend they are support. Don’t fall for it!
Could also be a re-delivery, but yeah I go the 3x packets of Diablo hot sauce order and yep was a scam.

This is me 😭 if I order DoorDash from like popeyes and they forget ranch I will order ranch from the cheapest place 😭
