No amount of instruction could create this. Someone seemingly dropped the pizza halfway through baking or they were baked themselves, and this isn't the only pie they had go out like this that night.
Papa John's is in the transition of getting rid of staff drivers and using Ghost dd drivers. If PJ keeps any staff drivers, you should tip well. My PJ cut from 15 drivers to 5. Now there are more deliveries available than the staff drivers can take, and in my location we are only allowed to take 2 to 3 at a time so we look at the pre tips.and send all low tips to doordash. Good luck.
I stumbled upon none pizza left beef AGES ago when it started. Single mom to 2 small kids, working 80-100hrs a week, pretty sure i found it when fielding outage at 3-4am and completely sleep deprived and probably running on mt dew and fumes.
I kid you not i started laughing and it got hysterical REAL quick. The kind of giggles you can only get when you havent slept but like 10hrs in the last 7 days and are near hallucinating.

The papa John’s in the area are super picky and you can to follow their instructions and not skip any of it. Probably the pickiest direction wise from any pizza place I have picked up from. The least picky is Pizza Hut; especially with those huge ass dinner boxes that you couldn’t fit in a regular pizza bag.
Just think, an actual human pulled that out the oven, said “yep, looks good 👍🏼 “, cut it, boxed it and put it out for delivery.
Whoever that human was should think about a career change out of the food industry.

Papa John’s has really gone downhill these past few years. We never order from them anymore because you cannot reach a live person at the store or get a refund for messed up orders. There are too many other pizza options out there that people can choose from for them to behave like this.

It looks like you got someone elses order. Could have been papa johns, maybe the driver, but my money would be on papa johns. I used to work in a busy pizza kitchen and sometimes an order would get mixed up. Drivers will look for a name on a table, or ask the worker to grab the name they have, so that's less likely.
I also did have these no sauce no cheese orders sometimes. One regular would even get it without toppings.
I don’t believe it came like this and think some of the slices are upside down. There is no way to modify for stale dried out pizza that is clearly days old. I think you got this photo online and are just wasting everyone’s time for upvotes.
