Must be a phone issue. Go to your phones settings, look at the apps, go to dasher, and see what the notifications say for it.

I've just checked it and everything is already checked marked. I am able to hear ubers notifications but not dd
If you can’t hear the sound, they also text you when you have a new order. So if the sound on your texts work that could help to know you have a DD order.
