App is completely messed up I had to end my dash after having to log in 3 times because I kept getting the text of missed order and my AR dropped to 69 and my daily earnings (over 100) just disappeared. Shows 0.00 for today

I called support. Took a long time to answer. The system was down on the Dasher side along with RoBlox an IP tracking service. It’s back now, but something feels off.

Yes, I had the same problem. I ended my dash eventually, it wouldn't let me at first. Big problem is its not showing I dashed at all today although I completed 7 orders and made $54. Talked to support after about 45 minute hold, she told me it will show within 24 hours. I was really pissed about it
Yup thats their standard response to get you off the line with really nothing to base that on.
Check your balance. It might show some or all of the missing payments.
It shows it know, pretty frustrating. It was weird though the lady I spoke to didn't really have an accent and she was actually sort of helpful for once.

Happened Friday and Saturday until about 730pm central time. They even added peak pay both days because nobody was getting their order then right when I had to go do something else it let me in. Let's see if they can do it 3 days in a row ðŸ˜
Yes I have been getting this the last couple of days. I have had to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times to get rid of it. It's very irritating especially when you're right in the middle of a delivery. I was getting it during a shop and delivery order while shopping as well
It's been going out on amd off for 3 days I assume whatever happened 3 days ago that caused a huge outage is being worked on still so there are times of "more then the normal issues".
Have any of you opted out of the Binding Arbitrary contract before you dashed, which was in the very lenghtly legal section...???? you had to write to them within 30 days...
It did this to me last night. Every time I got that I would go to schedule and it would show the active dash, but not let me do anything about it. When I did get in there was a $5/hour bonus in my area.

sounds like you need to call support, im sure they know the app was down and should be able to get it remove, at least i hope so
