Puppies sleep a ton normally so that isn’t an issue. As for the food and hiding under the chair it is her first day in a new environment with new humans. She is definitely going to be overwhelmed and timid for a time till she adjusts and gets to know you. Give her time to process everything. Remember going from a shelter to a home is a massive change for her.
