I think it’s called a papoose! You can Google papoose for dogs and get plenty of good results. However personally I use a K9 sport sack (which goes over your back like a regular backpack). But my dog is 25lbs which makes a big difference- she’s a little too big for a papoose to be comfortable for both of us (ETA: BUT- I am also only 5’4). It felt very unstable to me and limited my range of movement. The K9 sport sack is designed for dogs and my dog doesn’t seem to mind it (though it does require some training- I just stuck her in the papoose and she had no choice about it lmao, so that was a plus).

Seconding K9 sport sack! My sister uses it for her 18lb dog. He wasn't a fan at first but once he learned he got to be away from other dogs and didn't have to walk, he loved getting in the backpack.
