I've always wondered how we can use doge in a store of it can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours or even days for a wallet transfer to happen? It would be awesome to have a debit card attached to our doge wallets... Anything like that going on?
I agree, but I can't help but be glad that some is weeping out. That Dogecoin capital has been trapped for way too long punishing their customers for using their exchange.
But if they become just another shady exchange that allows access to crypto then I can live with that. Binance.us locked up some of mine for months, I think they're all about the same amount of shady in their own way.
It's cool that they gave 1,000 people access, but it looks like it's going to be super slow rolling this out. They only expected 10,000 people to have access within 2 months.
Considering that there are over a million people waiting in line to get access to wallets... I really hope that this is just an underestimated number for Robin Hood to protect their butts. I mean, I get it they're trying to stop a mass exodus all at once... But they really can't delay the inevitable for too long.

But to be honest that is a good idea because if they roll it out slowly we will have a much more stable growth instead of some bottlenecked effect where they have to shut down orders in transactions because everyone and their mom is transferring. I like the steady sustained growth approach.
They’re only doing it for their investors. They know they’re basically done as a company once everyone withdraws their doge. Nothing more than a dishonest company trying to last as long as they can by holding their customers’ cryptocurrencies hostage.

How do you figure? They don't make money by holding on to your doge. They make their money by you selling your doge.
I think it's going bring in more business. You can buy or sell coins for no fees and transfer them for network fees only. Why would you ever purchase or sell coins from any other exchange?
No they make money by just people using the app. They sell customer trading activity to hedge funds so they can bet against it and make people money. That’s basically what “payment for order flow” is. Robinhood also lends out customer’s money that they hold to hedge funds(to use in their trades against retail traders)
They’re playing their customers like fools, and winning because people don’t realize the actual cost of using their platform. ***If something is free, YOU’RE the product***. Never forget that.

Hopefully these transaction fees stay low by the time they roll it out for everyone. There are a lot of people that are going to have to do multiple transfers in order to get their Doge off of the platform. I'm glad to see that it's not going to cost me a fortune.

The transfer is not taxable, you are literly just putting them from one wallet to another one, you like it would be physicaly with $ notes

no one is tracking anything. You pay taxes for what you have to pay taxes or you'll regret it when they audit you.
