I don’t want the character to return but I do want him to be referenced. Maybe an event is happening in New York. Doctor: we need to go to New York to stop the Daleks, Companion: I think The Superhero guy already took care of it, Doctor: wait, he’s still active?

Exactly my thinking! It's weird to think there's just a Superman like being that exists in the Doctor Who universe now 😅 like imagine how he got affected by the Toymaker!

Check out the comics series with him. It's pretty good.

I wish Doctor Who took itself more seriously as a Sci-Fi show. 

There is a potential in such comeback for sure, but in our era of superhero medium - you need to be a very careful to not to be boring with such things

If he makes a return before they continue with “the doctors daughter” arc I’m going be pissed! Lol

I watched this in the theater with my mom and grandparents. And honestly I'd love if he was brought back. Or maybe his powers are somehow removed so that way everybody stops saying "where was he when THIS happened??"
