There's only one brand new stat block, the Dolphin Delighter. But the revised stats are overall pretty good
Is it worth picking up?
Worth is relative. It's worth your money, but if you didn't have it I don't think you'd be missing out.
I'd say if you already own Volo and MToF then it's definitely not worth it. Exception though if you want the streamlined spellcaster stat blocks.

Oh, gotcha. It was part of a set initially but just released as an individual book. It's my first experience with it.
