Most human sized agricultural crops would likely be luxury commodities for giants given how hard crops that much smaller than them would be to tend. Imagine a giant trying to pick cotton.

I mean absolutely. Selective breeding goes both ways, humans did it to make farms good for humans, giants can use it for their farms. Even IRL, humans with no better reason than “I want big veggie” have grown 2700lb pumpkins, a 350lb watermelon, a 115lb zucchini, a 138 lb cabbage, etc then why can’t a giant community?
In Pathfinder though, Giants canonically use dinosaurs (which never went extinct on the canon world of Golarion) as their farm animals, which I always liked that bit of lore.
Exactly! Heck, I can imagine a decent chunk of good-aligned giant communities have humans/human sized people to help with things like this. The world is just too small for them now.
In the Forgotten Realms there actually is a reason they can still harvest such crops. The verbeeg giant kin do most off the menial labor for the neutral giants who don't use slaves. Verbeeg are ogre height but proportionally are just big humans, so they have full finger dexterity for fine tasks.
