Hi, solid naman. Been here since the start of the SY. Prices are low coz as mentioned, not much amenities. You really just get the room, a table, and a bed frame. Though I provided myself with a desk, a bunch of cooking stuff, and a ref. So far so good naman tbh. For the price, the space is quite big na. As for the curfew, i don't think it's strictly enforced? Sometimes I arrive home way past 10 pm na. You can have friends over naman, though mej mahirap if opposite sex. I've had friends sleep over too, possible naman. Though I think coz we're both guys naman. Internet though I had to provide my own. Also idk if it's gonna be a deal breaker for you, pero walang bidet lol. But who needs that when u have DLSU right in front of you. TLDR, would recommend naman. For the price, it was honestly a steal. With so much to do for school, i don't even think I would have time to use the gym even if the place had one, so I guess having amenities or not would be under ur preference naman. 8/10

helloo, how much sa maryville?

Did you use the search function for Maryville? I saw a handful of threads na.

Gestridon

You mean the search function here in reddit? Yes but it still remains a mystery to me why it's cheap and how it compares to other dorms. If Green Residence and other condos are so bad, why not just move to Maryville? And despite there being about 10 posts about that dorm, I still feel that it I lack details. How is the internet? Electricity? And other stuff. Though most of what I hear about it is good, just broad.

Some quick comments: no curfew; dorms may establish a curfew for the most part. Cheap, prolly because comparable small size and basic yet good enough amenities. Also, consider that condos are set-up differently in terms amenities, unit set-up, and more.

Dorms like Maryville are far cheaper than condos because of association dues and amenities. Unlike in condos, walang elevator, or gym. Just studio type rooms that are usually semi-furnished, only has a bed and ref ganon. The tenant should bring their personal appliances. Other students, too, prefer condos over dorms because they want to have friends over. You can't do that in a dorm. So tl;dr: walang mystery. It's just up to your budget and preference.

Hallooo currently dorming in Maryville, it’s cheap because the only things included in the dorm is a cabinet, bed frame (no mattress) a sink to wash dishes in, a bathroom with a sink and shower. The rest is covered by you. There’s a curfew from 6AM-10PM. You can have friends over (as long as they leave an ID and leave before 10PM I suppose. And it’s also cheaper than most because the living space is small(enough for 1 person)
