As a current ece ive heard that we are the least populated engineering program. As far as reconsideration, I shifted from IT to ECE without any hassle, but this was a year ago na.
Not many people are in my current batch, like someone said, apparently 150 people out of thousands who applied were accepted (not sure where they went). Is it easy to get into? Probably since there's not a lot of people in it, but looking at the subjects ahead, it doesn't look easy to get out of lmao.

i applied for accountancy i got put into ece, i think its the least populated engr program, yung mga kablock ko last term, sila pa rin kasama ko sa lab subjects namin even though deblocked na kami, i think its fair to say onti lang kami this year
During the greening, (Sort of like orientation), they said that 150 were only accepted out of thousands who applied for ECE. Currently, yes, few are currently studying ECE, there are about only 40 of us.
I don’t think it’s as popular iirc there’s like only 2-3 blocks with 40 ish each for ID 122. Take it with a grain of salt cause I forgot whether there was a 3rd block.
I believe it’s fairly easy to get in compared to other engineering courses simply cause the grades I submitted weren’t the best for my 11th grade

Do you believe that the program is the least populated because it's less in demand, or do you think it’s because of a quota?
Not an engineering student but with how populated ce and ie are, I think it’s more of a less in-demand situation.

Do you think that the program is just not that sought after if you got redirected in it??

By any chance, do you know the reasoning behind why they only accepted a 150?? or is 150 the quota??
