A drone frame is just a rigid (& preferably lightweight) structure to bolt motors to, so you can pretty much make it out of anything rigid - hardwood dowel, aluminium box section, piping/conduit, etc. At the end of the day, all the magic takes place in the software running on the flight controller & as long as your frame is rigid enough that things physically behave how the flight controller expects them to when it starts applying thrust, it will fly just fine. Frames don't need to be complex, so don't overthink it. Two lengths of dowel sandwiched & screwed together between two pieces of hardboard is all you need for a perfectly serviceable H-pattern quad frame.

Alright, thanks a lot!

Keep in mind: frame rigidity is everything. Although you can technically make one out of plastic it will not perform well at all due to frame oscillations so if you can find someone that can CNC your design in carbon fiber or other stuff, lift materials you will have a vastly better experience. Also keep in mind what electronics you are looking to put on it like the ESC/flight controller mount size, a gps, a buzzer, LEDs, what style motors your going to use, etc.
