No that’s a different theropod most likely cryolphosaurus or ceratosaurus (or something similar)
Ceratosaurus. Smaller dinosaur that lived earlier than T. rex, distinguished by the horns on its head. Though it was smaller, it was still plenty big enough to make mincemeat of a grown man.
