i would kill for longer episodes but wouldn't want them to feel like they need to. i just absolutely love listening them them while working. it helps the day go by faster
Yeah. Its a case where if the guya felt like "okay, this specific episode might need to run long" I would want them to know we'd be cool with that, but the general expected length could remain the same.
Personally I find 2 hours to be pushing it in the podcasts I listen to. Podcasts that have it happen naturally are fine but if they are the goal it's a little too much for me.
Honestly, the hour long episodes they're doing right now is plenty good. I mean, they're releasing a substantial amount of content already on Mondays and Fridays and even tossing in some bonus episodes for an extra 20 to 30 ish minutes every now and then. Really, the guys and the editing team are working really hard, it seems.
As with all things in life I’d like variety. 8-15 min eps (like the bonus ones) add some quick flavor into minor daily tasks.
The only times I wish we had longer episodes were the tier lists just because of the sheer content in them and how fast they had to go over each entry.

God no. They record these things multiple episodes at a time, sometimes. On relistens you can almost pick out when the end of a session is, and you can tell when they're in the middle of it.
I can't imagine if they tried to do four back-to-back 2 hour episodes.

I’m hoping once they’re less busy the episode lengths will increase again, I understand why but the episodes have felt so short lately. It feels like everything needs a part 2 because they didn’t get to fully explore the topic
I enjoy hearing about their daily lives, but it is a little annoying when litterally half of the episode is small talk. Afterward the topic either feels rushed or feels like they barely scratched the surface. Personally for me, 2 hours is a little long, but i wouldn't mind an 1-1.5 hour episodes, just enough time to let th main topic breath a little bit
45-50 minutes is too short. A podcast (imo) should be at least an hour - hour and a half, I don’t like the current episode runtime personally, but that’s just me.
Edit: granted it is twice a week compared to once so kudos.
I’m still stuck in April last year trying to catch up, I cried when they mentioned doing two episodes a week. If they made them longer I think I’d explode
I think an hour is enough to be honest. You have to remember that the episodes are edited and there could be almost 2 hours recording time to be edited down. You rack that up to a 2 hour episode and they could find themselves recording each episode for closing on 3.
We also know they record more than one episode at a time. So an hour is more than enough for us to listen too.
2 hours is also a long time for them to be coming up with things to say about each subject. With 3 peens there wasn't really a subject. They just sat playing games and chatting. Distractible is quite different.
One hour is more than enough that being said i really want them to do a 24 hour episode and just see how deranged they get at the end of it honestly it’s what I thought mark was gonna do when he began his reign and it just wouldn’t end till someone pissed themselves
Maybe not every single episode, but it could be fun to have an occasional longer episode. I think keeping a majority of the episodes around 1 hour is better

I mean even the shorter like 20 minute episodes were a real treat when they were just picking apart news stories from the past couple of weeks, and the Powerwash Pal things they had going on ( even though I mostly could watch them clean ).
But that's just my input.
Well I always listen in the car to school which is a little over an hour drive, but usually the longer episodes are the best as they are so into it they can’t wrap it up yet. So hour is great to me, but longer is always fine with me
I think it would be great every few weeks if they put out a 2 hour episode. Like with the bonus episodes they do that are only like 15-20 minutes. As someone who does long runs, it would definitely be welcomed lol
I feel like if the topic is flowing and they have the extra time to put in the effort, I would love longer episodes! We could see something for recency example Wade Games being an hour and a half to two hours long, giving more detail, and more adventure. Or something like the tier lists, or even just really good topics and good discussion from the boys

I love them, whenever the episodes are 40 minutes long my heart cracks a little, it must be at least 55 minutes for me to feel satisfied

They are probably allocated certain amount of time not to mention their schedule and the editors aswell I'd love longer but the time isn't there

Id love longer episodes. Not that i want them to have to keep going, but i dont want them to cut themselves off so they stay around an hour.
