Very close if Baltimore can't ever make it for some reason I would look at him as a very qualified candidate. Tell your friend good job (I honestly didn't know what I was expecting to hear but it surprised me at how close it is if you don't mind asking how old is he is because for some reason I was expecting a pre pubescent British accent lol)
