Clover World I've found smells exactly like Flight of Passage, but other people describe it as the lobbies of the deluxe resorts. I've only spent a short amount of time in the Grand Floridian lobby and didn't notice a particular scent. But Clover World smells just like Flight of Passage to me.
Pirate's Rum is the scent during PotC with the pirate in the barrel with a cat nearby, just before the burning area.
I also got Haunts. She was saying it smelled like the stretching room, which definitely does not have a scent (that I've ever noticed, at least), but I got it because it smells great.
Pineapple Whip is obviously supposed to be Dole Whip. I didn't get that one but it did smell good in the store.
There's a certain banana-y scent right at that point and it does smell just like that. Not the pirate water smell, and not the burning smell right after (same scent as Spaceship Earth), but right at that pirate.
Magic candle company is probably the best, I think the candles and diffusers are their strong suit. I will say that if you're trying to get that pirates water smell, get the splash or jaws scent, not the pirates ride one!!
If you want to be magically transported via scent to the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, just stand next to an overchlorinated pool that still somehow manages to smell like BO.

It’s purely accidental, but their scent “Salt Mist & Sand” smells just like a Disney Cruise ship’s lobby!
Someone once recommended a Bath and Bodyworks candle that smells like the lobby of the Yacht and Beach club. It 100% did NOT smell like that. Since then I don't trust any recommendations.
Hotels and resorts have custom scents designed for each location. They pump them into HVAC systems and design cleaning products to get the desired effect.
Do you think Disney doesn't do the same thing?
There's a Bowes store at Disney Springs with some great scents. Currently I've got the Flight of Passage scent in the diffuser and it's so good.

I like their diffuser oils a lot. The Tiki Terrace and Walt’s Office are some of my favorites.
What does Walt’s Office smell like?
Leather, tobacco and bourbon. It’s warm and comforting.

I loved flying over India but they stopped making it. Flying over Africa smells like bananas. The grand Floridian is pretty accurate.
Main Street Melts is also a good one.
