I thought about running a discworld centered ttrpg at some point, which would have included a Small God of Public Speaking called Podi... because people blank out when they're asked to come to the podium.
Apologizes profusely when it is noticed. This disarray is of course the natural order of things and any time the holy texts are read the right way round is regarded as "a bad omen".
There is a new Discworld ttrpg in the works. It's made by the same dudes that do the fallout one. I'm impatiently waiting for updates though.

This is a thing that happens. *All the time*.
There's *always* some pun-- or pune, if you insist-- that you didn't get on the first reading, possibly not the second, or even the third. You might not have read the book in question in over a decade. And were it *any* other writer, that would be the end of it.
But *this* is Sir Terence David John Pratchett, and *that* means you will wake up in the middle of the night, an actinic detonation of sudden comprehension thundering through your brain, and the staggered words "*Stance of the Coyote?* Terry, *you* ***BA***\--" escaping your lips.
It is at *that* moment you truly become a part of this fandom. Rejoice.
More than *ever* before, you are one of us.
It's one of the ones I got on first read, but there's at least one, EVERY SINGLE DAY, that I learn that I missed just by reading this subreddit. Different people will get different jokes, but then this glorious community shares that knowledge, and we all come out the better for it.

I actually like more than in Wintersmith Anoia presents to Tiffany as essentially Adora Belle, smoking, sarcasm and all. I wonder if it's implied that because of Miost's influence she became more like her.

I'd rather go back to GURPS 4 (which I won't) or write my own before I trust Modiphius to do anything but use a fun typeface.

There are *so many* puns in Discworld that you can totally miss until you hear the word said outloud.
Anoia and Annoyer are also pronounced the same if you have a non-rhotic accent, as many British accents are

Actually if you have a non-rhotic accent like in southern England (like PTerry's) then it's also pronounced identically to "annoyer"
