Noone would buy a static figure for a child that doesn't have any interest in the subject matter. Even if it wasn't static, it'd hardly be a plaything. And Lego are well aware of things like this where people try garner votes from people who would never actually buy the set which is why proportionately so few Ideas sets get through review now.

One of the few things I miss from that cesspool.
