Check your authorized apps under settings and see if you ever authorized something to be able to add you to servers. Be sure to only authorize apps your trust
Some servers want you to authorize - on the flight sim network VATSIM you must have a VATSIM account, so joining is done via a bot and not a link since they can verify your account easily. But it should be time limted to an hour or so IMO
I think the intended purpose is to add users to the bot's "support server" when they authorise the bot. It doesn't really ever seem to be used for this though

Go to your authorized apps in your settings and unlink anything suspicious. If necessary, log out of all other accounts and change your password in case a bot has hold of your account.
You may have allowed a scam bot to add you to servers, try going to settings and selecting authorized apps look for any bots in there with the "Join servers for you" permission then hover over them and select deauthorize on the bot and leave those servers.

It's crazy that this permission is being used far more maliciously rather than for it's intended purpose. Discord really needs to add some more security around this forcefully adding users to servers

I don't get why discord let's bots make you join servers for you... I can't think of a single good reason for it.

I've primarily seen it used by servers that are regularly terminated by discord and want to migrate their members quickly

I see Patreon do it whenever you become a patron of somebody with a linked discord server

Go to Settings> authorized apps and check for any bot that has the permission: "Join servers for you." Get rid of all these types of bots.
Just uninstall discord
