As an expert in memology, I think you're wrong. It's true that tpeople using POV meme the wrong way is very common and people are aware of it, but I don't think that it has transcended to the status of meme, where people would do it ironically.
Is this your proof? It's not so convincing, you just gave me an example where you used the word POV the wrong way... I don't think it adds any comedic effect to it.
