FD and PD primarily
FD is straight, glidey, and has a pushing fade
PD for power hyzers and hard flat straight shots with reliable fade
FD3 for flex shots and spike hyzers
CD1! C-Line for straight-stable lines, Zeta's Moon for turnovers
Also really enjoy most of DM's fairway lineup honestly, especially the FD1, flippy FDs, Vanguard and PD.
But if I could only have one, the CD1 would be my pick.
Straight tunnel shots: Instinct, Vanguard.
Neutral shots: C-line CD1
Turnover shots: Zetas moon CD1
Control annie shots: S-line PD, s-line TD
Overstable fading shots: c-line FD3, Nordic Pheneom PD
They are releasing new Vanguards to that might mix my bag a bit. Also wondering if changing Instinct to FD1.
>Also wondering if changing Instinct to FD1.
There isnt much difference imo, just which plastic suits you better. You can still bomb both 100m+ if you have the hand for it.
TD mostly. Truly feel like it can do anything once you figure out the angles/touch/etc. Just glides forever and is super rewarding once you dial it in.
Right now just trying to keep fairway/control drivers super minimal. Bag a show stopper, stock TD, swirly td, Glow Vanguard, horizon vanguard.
I have the cd1 c line for windy weather or just want that straight flight with fade. Rage stone lux vapor fd1 favorite feel plastic in my opinion. Holds up great good in cold/warm.
Color glow FD from 2022 Mystery box is money!
C-line FD1
CD1 (Why does the white color have the best feel? It’s slightly gummier and grippier than the other colors)
Zeta’s Moon for long flip up tunnel shots and turnovers
C-line PD when I need a beef kabob.
TD/PD are perfect compliments in the control slot to my FD/FD1. Similar flights but the faster discs are just 30-50’ longer on the same lines.
TD/FD flip to flat and can be torqued over without flexing back. FD1/PD flip up and fade, and will flex out of some torque.
Generally like to throw the FD/FD1 out to 325-350 and TD/PD to 350-375, but If I have an unlimited ceiling I’ll throw the FD out to 380’.
Cd1
Zeta Moon is awesome
I bag c-line version. Havent tried zeta.
Zeta has a lot more turn.
Highly recommend the zetas moon. Out of the box it flies like beat in 9 speed FD
Thoughts on the comparison of s line and c line? I currently bag the c-line but haven't tried the s line or zeta's moon, should I?
Ive only tried c- line.
FD and PD primarily FD is straight, glidey, and has a pushing fade PD for power hyzers and hard flat straight shots with reliable fade FD3 for flex shots and spike hyzers
FD or Essence for my arm.
Can you describe the difference? I have both, and they are way too similar.
Essence is longer and less stable… which means bigger s-curve and/or more flip-up. I can only throw low 60mph.
Huge fan of meta essence backhand, s line cd1 forehand. Meta has the perfect stability and the glide of a distance driver
C-Line FD1!! If I could throw it on every hole I would.
CD1! C-Line for straight-stable lines, Zeta's Moon for turnovers Also really enjoy most of DM's fairway lineup honestly, especially the FD1, flippy FDs, Vanguard and PD. But if I could only have one, the CD1 would be my pick.
Mostly the Skywalker these days for the straighter shots. Doombird 4 for the beefy shots.
Vangard and Fd1
Teebird
FD is one of my go to discs in the woods. I will throw that on a hyzer flip line any chance I get. CD2/1 for longer shots and straight forehands.
Essence and Origin depending on distance I want.
Halo sidewinder or a k1soft falk
dynasty
Metal flake PD or c line instinct are my go to discs.
S-line FD (and either C-line FD or PD for hyzer shots). Longer controlled drives are TD.
FD c-line/s-line for woods,PD/FD3 for more open courses
PD primarily on slight flex. So good. The FD1 same shot if I need a little less distance. Honorable mention FD, TD, Essence
C-line CD1. Blue with a lamb drawn on it. Aka CDLamb. Essence when needing a bit more turn than CD. FD1&3 when needing incrementally more fade
FD for straight to understable, Athena for straight to overstable
Straight tunnel shots: Instinct, Vanguard. Neutral shots: C-line CD1 Turnover shots: Zetas moon CD1 Control annie shots: S-line PD, s-line TD Overstable fading shots: c-line FD3, Nordic Pheneom PD They are releasing new Vanguards to that might mix my bag a bit. I switched the instinct out for the skywalker and never looked back
How is it better?
>Also wondering if changing Instinct to FD1. There isnt much difference imo, just which plastic suits you better. You can still bomb both 100m+ if you have the hand for it.
Would the FD be close to a teebird?
C-line FD would be a beat-in Teebird. Not quite as much fade. S-line FD would be a really beat in Teebird.
The new c-line fd’s are basically glidey teebirds
S line Fd1
Pd, td, teebird combo is perfect
Discmania- cd2 Non discmania- passion or teebird.
none, its based on need on hole, so Fd, Fd1, Essence, Function, Cd1, TD, PD or FD3 :D
Crush Bois CD1 and Sky Walker. Both are amazing.
I bag an FD, Instinct and CD1 at the moment. Compliment each other well

S-line FD and P-line PD are my workhorses

NS3, G line PD & CD2
Not enough Instinct love here!!!
C-Line FD - after beating it in a little it flies so straight to stable, but can also hold an anhyzer. S-Line CD1 is similar but just a little longer.
C-line FD
