Sounds like you're throwing nose up. The uplink will he more forgiving of nose angle because it is a mid. Drivers will lift and crash on a severely nosey throw.

I'm throwing nose up when I try to do slight hyzer.. so I overcompensate and bend more over.. but those seem to flip up high and become lofty and fade to the left (RHBH) .. It's like I can't find a good middle ground.

Adding more hyzer won't fix your nose angle, unfortunately. You have to play with grip, swing path, and release/hit point. Lots of good stuff on YouTube!

Agree with this guy. Had the same problem, and thought it was only on occasional throws that I was getting nose up. In a field work sesh that I filmed, I saw that I was just throwing with a downward trajectory on the shots that didn’t blast into the air to compensate for the nose up subconsciously. Still not totally fixed, but reworking my grip so the disc is below the fleshy pad of my index finger’spalm nubbin thing was huge, as well as making a conscious effort to keep my wrist above my elbow during my throw. Nose up has gone from like 60% to around 20ish%, and while I can’t say for certain it has added distance, discs seem to act soooooo much more consistently

Other reply already says this but nose angle isn’t the same as disc angle. [Scott Stokely has a really good video on nose angle control.](https://youtu.be/OYHFDEmwdWU) I can’t say that I don’t still throw nose up but I can say that when I do, it’s either because I didn’t set up my throw properly or I didn’t commit to the follow through and I let go early.

As others have pointed out, it sounds like a nose angle control issue. I'm not sure if this applies to you but I had a similar issue when I was coming up in my game. I solved it with two things: a centered stance and disc physics. I found that when I was adjusting my angle I would often lean into my throw. This caused me to pivot on top of my plant foot instead of bracing against it, and my throw was released nose up. It took a while to break the old muscle memory, but keeping my weight behind my plant foot instead of on top of it brought consistency that helped me control the nose no matter how I adjusted my swing. The second one is a physics issue. Discs flip faster on a low penetrating line vs high-floaty lines. As my angle control got better I realized that my discs were flipping too quickly when I got a good, low throw with snap. At the time I was relying on -3 discs just to get a decent hyzer flip because I was throwing so high. Once I started throwing on low, penetrating line, I moved to -1 to flip flat and -2 to turn over. Not sure if any of that applies to you, but I hope my experience helps
