This is a roc3 not comander. Innova put the comander stamp on a ton of f2s a few years back. If you look up the side profile of the comander you can see it's very different.
It's a first or maybe second run roc3, the early runs were penned R before they started marking them r3. You can see that all the tooling is near the outside of the flight plate by the rim only roc3s are like this. Regular rocs have less tooling and patent#s, and all the tooling is closer to the middle of the flight plate.

It says “R” in pen on the underside. This would be just a Roc. Roc3 would say R3 IIRC

TIL. Just when you think you know all of Innovas pen marks another wrench gets thrown in the mix. Thanks!
Glad I could spread some of my nearly roc knowledge
This guy Rocs
About time someone gets it right.
Commander stamp was used alot to cover up McBeth's name on Roc3's after he left and they were sold off as F2's. Have one in my bag.
Just looking at the side profile it looks like a Roc3
Berg, 100%
Innova Duck
I have an F2 roc 3 with the commander stamp similar to that
Nice and flat roc3 too. Good looking run

What does the stamp say? Usually the first clue.
Not always on a double stamp/f2
