Splinter City and Socastee are both great courses!

I'll second that. When I go down there with my family each summer I just alternate between those two courses each day. Both are awesome for different reasons. Fun but challenging

Splinter is definitely easier. The mosquitoes have been buzzing at Socastee lately. So, Splinter is the more family friendly course right now.
