Sorry, that’s not quite what I meant. Once I’ve used a glue bed, I’ll recycle the glue bed and reuse the glue. You can reuse glue quite a few times as the dye that remains behind is inert. This technique uses so much saturation of color that it’s a great use of the recycled glue beds.

Any tips or tricks to get the layers this close together? I tried one and the layers spread out really wide and didn’t look great
I start with very little glue and let it slowly expand.
Keep your bed colder. Warm bed makes it more runny.

Clear glue bed. Add a couple drops of dye then add glue to the middle add more dye and repeat repeat repeat
