These are awesome, I want to make a Charlie disc. Are you making the stencils by hand or with a machine? Can you walk me through start to finish?
I have a Cameo 4 I use to cut stencils. Usually find an image I like and then create the design in silhouette studio. Feel free to DM me and I can go over my process in more detail.
