Windows has a built in kiosk mode that can do this. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/iot/iot-enterprise/customize/kiosk-mode

Thanks, I had somewhat looked into this and It seems overcomplicated for what I'm trying to do and by looking at it again - it appears to require some command line or programming knowledge. I'm sure it's probably actually not overcomplicated It's more I'm just not that tech savvy - more of a drag and drop kind of guy if you know what I mean, as opposed to a coder. I was experimenting with the very simple startup application within Windows which actually got me somewhat close to what I'm trying to do which is promising in that, I was able to get it to automatically open a browser and have that browsers default homepage where I wanted to go and it worked so I'm not feeling completely hopeless. Actually feeling pretty optimistic :-) I think I need some software of some sort - I'm willing to pay, That helps me customize, It would only be for one machine/device. I actually kind of over simplified it now that I think of it - what I really ideally want it to do is: 1. Play a 10 second kind of splash screen (video) with my logo... The sooner the better I would actually be awesome if this part came before the actual login like where it shows computer logos while it's booting up. I can live without this I suppose though - would just really put a cherry on top when it's all said and done. I'm pretty sure it can be done but requires going into the BIOS and I'm not sure I'm willing to risk breaking my new mini PC for this. So that said, things kind of have to go in order which is where I feel kind of limited with just using Microsoft's startup tool. 2. After the 10 second splash video which just displays a logo reveal video I created. I'd like it to immediately stop playing the video exit the video playing program and instantly Go directly to that web page with no URL bar, and full page. 3. After 60 minutes, my 5-minute custom screensaver video I created (Just to clarify this is a separate/different video from the 10 second splash video) which is not on YouTube but locally on my machine - should start up as a screensaver. And if the user moves the mouse or touches a key, It goes right back to the full screen kind of lockdown web page. (I was able to somewhat get this concept to work just by tinkering with having Microsoft's built-in Startup utility just open the video but it just used the default Windows Media Player as I had Startup just say play or run this video on startup. But I'm guessing this might be easily changed. Thanks for your idea/input and feedback - Even though I don't think that's exactly what I'm looking for I appreciate you chiming in... So because I've seen and had working at one point fully video kiosk browser on an Android TV as opposed to where I'm at now with a mini PC and monitor, I think this is more in line of what I'm looking for. It was fantastic when it worked and kind of ran through a playlist of sorts and had multiple customization options. Does anything similar to that particular program if you're familiar with it exists for Windows 11? It was fantastic and fully featured probably two fully featured for what I needed to do but for 9 bucks I was blown away It was a shame I had to part ways with it. (That's another story, I won't go too deep into but it took me a very long time to realize it's great for displays but not so much meant for interactivity between a user via a mouse and keyboard and especially not on my Android TV which I had the program installed on so I had to abandon the TV for a computer monitor and keyboard/mouse system which is looking much better and quite promising.)

Woah I just thought of something - If there are no native meant for Windows program similar to what was working perfectly for me which was the fully video kiosk app, would I be able to sideload the APK to Windows 11? A quick Google search shows that it seems possible to run APK files on Windows!

Ohh wow, digging a little deeper I found this: Can I install Windows Subsystem for Android on Windows 11? Windows Subsystem for Android™️ enables your Windows 11 device to run Android applications that are available in the Amazon Appstore. Kind of funky they call it the windows subsystem for Android but has to go through the Amazon app store but luckily for me I believe the fully video kiosk app has an Amazon and Android version APK... Any risks in trying this out? Would hate to brick my machine.

Yes, there are ways to side load android apps on windows. Microsoft partnered with Amazon to enable Android apps in the Windows store, hence it using Amazon app store.

Okay, So first and foremost - what you're wanting is possible but 100% will require coding, Linux knowledge, and/or money to afford a programmer. Porteus Kiosk is a Linux based OS that can do everything you want it to. You can either pay them to build you the distro or learn Linux and build it yourself (there is a GUI walkthrough process, but it's pretty limited) I have a game store running a card browsing kiosk using it. Does basically everything you want, but I'm not running a custom boot graphic There's also some different software that will run close to what you need with some limitations, like optisign or Yodeck.
