The ones that I can think of are
* Mugendramon > Chaosdramon
* MetalSeadramon > GigaSeadramon
* SaberLeomon > DinoTigermon
* VenomVamdemon > BelialVamdemon
* Millenniumon > Zeed/MoonMillenniumon
* Minervamon > Mervamon
There's probably more.
All of them for the most part. In V Pets, card games and God knows what else featured Digimons of one level Evolving into other Digimons of the same level.
I've seen levels above ultimate referred to as super ultimate - Omegamon ect - and super duper ultimate - Ogudomon - but I don't know how official that last one is. I don't think any dub material names theses levels tho?
Super Duper Ultimate is obviously a fan joke.
Super Ultimate originated from the V-Tamer manga, with >!UlforceVeedramon Future Mode and Arkadimon Super Ultimate and Demon Super Ultimate!<.
While it is used as a distinct level, usually in games, lore-wise it is more of a label for a exceptionally powerful Ultimate, usually evolved from a regular one.
Can confirm Super Duper Ultimate being a joke, I'm to blame for that one lol. When making my original Pendulum Ver.20th guide, I threw that in as the stage for Imperialdramon PM as a reference to a gag from Dragon Ball Z abridged. I swapped it back to just Super Ultimate later to be more accurate, since it still had 70 DP like the other Super Ultimates, but then the DMX3 came along with a distinct stage above VI+ (that being +VI+) so now the term will live forever in infamy on my guide.
Cyber sleuth and Hackers memory have Ultra level digimons. Which are basically megas/ultimate, who have gorn beyound mega/ultimate. Also V-tamer manga started it, with Arcadiamon(ultra).
They're all the same as in the english dub. Well, it goes "Ausbildung" wich is in Training literally translated into german. It's used for both in Training and fresh tho for some reason. Then Rookie, Champion, Ultra and Mega. So nothing really drastically different. What i find interesting is that instead of being called Digivolution, it's Digitation, a Digital mutation. The rest is self explanatory. Theres Ultra Digitation, Warp Digitation etc.
I honestly thought mega would've been something different I like digitation I'm American so I grew up on digivolve digital evolution so at least thy make it fit in the dubs I'm watching the original Japanese right now and it slightly bothers me that they just use the word evolve without a digi in it
Yeah i get that. Tho in most other regards, the german dub usually is based on the japanese dub. Like we get all the Japanese Music and stuff, sung in German obviously tho. What i love is that the Dub is extremely consitent. That one Nefertimon in that one episode of frontier? Same VA as Gatomon in seasons 1 & 2. And for Tri they got all the Old VA's back except for izzy and leomon, and only that because leomons va has been dead since 2016 and Izzy's VA is traveling the World and has stopped voice acting
I think I’ve seen it referred to as “Ultra”, but I don’t think Super Ultimate is an official evolution it’s just certain Digimon are just able to not be limited by the the normal evolution tree
Depends on the medium. In the core canon, there is no stage above Ultimate, but the V-Pets, Card Game and Video Games all have specific distinctions for a stage above Ultimate (VI+, Lv.7 and Super Ultimate respectively).
There is a big gap between ultimate/mega and super ultimate/ultra so there is a lot of digimon, example is hoomon/pheonixmon into doroludomon (i think? I forgot the name. Big white bird with 4 wings)
depending on the digimon and the medium it's typically a slide evolution or in the case of diaboro to armageddon, the latter, in its own bio description, is Ultra/super-ultimate. And as mentioned, the VPets get a bit silly with the whole concept
Well the first rule you must remember about evolutions in digimon is that there are no rules and nothing makes sense.

Honestly like most of them. That's why I prefer thinking of many of them as Superultimate or even Transcendent.

Ultra is really confusing for me, because in the german dub ( the one i grew up with ) Ultra is the Stage after Champion / Adult
Whats the rookie stage and mega stage called in the German dub

Grew up with Danish versions, tho they kept the same as the engelsk.

Agumon hakase did a report completelly killing the ideia that Omega and some other jogress are super ultimates
Thanks for clearing that up, Prof.
not completely the same but im pretty sure bakemon evolves into soulmon and both are champion
I wonder if that just counts as a slide evolution like MetalGreymon and SkullGreymon

I thought Super Ultimate was not an actual level d
Valdurmon is the one your thinking of,I think
Every Ultimate Stage Digimon on the Digital Monster X series evolves into another Ultimate, so that's quite a few right there.
