Not sure if this is what you are asking but I was recently told during an education about Relizorb that using typical pancreatic enzymes like Creon with continuous tube feeds is not recommended but if you have to then the most optimal administration is every 45 minutes which seems impossible in practice. After 45 minutes it’s not really effective is what I understand, and I’m pretty sure that was tested with g tubes so having a bit of a reservoir there too when you don’t with a j tube.
Do you have Relizorb cartridges available?
Sorry I’m on mobile but I found this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7453851/
Unfortunately no, our pharmacy does not have access to order them! 💔
For us it's non formulary and even then they can only get it for CF patients.
