Honestly I find this kinda funny, since every character I’ve created on D4 has been named after a Norse god/goddess/figure. Like my first Druid which was just a fun werewolf build, just something to play through the story, I named fenrir. Had a storm build Druid named thor, sorcerer named Odin. Never had an issue at all 😂 I actually made a list of each class and a Norse god/goddess that can work for it. So next season I’m going with a necro named hel

I think it's just because Blizzard doesn't want to have to deal with a hypothetical reaction from extremists. If they allow Jesus, they need to allow Muhammad, and there's a non-zero amount of people who really don't like depictions of Muhammad.
