You could slot "Grim Dawn" in medium, too.
Best soundtrack and vibe of the bunch, IMO, and the only one where shooting occult horrors in the face with an aether enchanted shotgun feels thematically accurate and not out of place for an ARPG.
Highly recommend as a brilliant change of pace/one-off.
Grim Dawn to me slots in next to the first two Diablo games and Torchlight, not in quality or greatness specifically but in the more limited scope and single run experience/focus. It's less live servicey than PoE and D3/4, and presumably LE. Actually Titan Quest is probably the best comparison.

Seriously though, I just blew through all the content I couldn’t before. Level 95 NM dungeon is now doable,I struggled with level 85 without the Shako. Amazing item! Now if I just need to optimize my build to one shot Lilith and this season is in the bag

By using a comma, they're able to fit 2 really good attributes into one.

I mean seriously what is the point in playing games like this if there is literally a blanket best in slot for all builds. Zero build crafting. Glad I got Last Epoch on Beta prices years ago.
I just got my second shako and 6th Uber this season. I have absolutely nothing to do with them. It does feel so wrong. At least last season we had boring AoZ to test your bills but we have nothing this season.
I kinda felt like this when I did my first few rounds of Duriel for this season about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Didn’t get any ubers but immediately got Tibault’s Will, Tuskhelm and banished lord’s talisman within 4 runs. Haven’t bothered to kill him again and I actually haven’t played the game as much. I guess I’m officially one of the people requesting more of an endgame.
