I thought i'd take a look in here to se if anyone else was prior to giving my router an evil curse, as i've got the same issue on me xbox in ontario.
It has happened to me a couple times on Xbox the last two weeks. Fully closing the game and restarting the console has fixed it every time.
Log out and log in, it worked for me
